Where do you ship?

We do not ship outside of our local delivery area in North California.

Are you open to the public or do you have to be a contractor/builder to shop at your store?

We are open to:

  • Builders and Contractors and their customers.
  • Remodeling Contractors, Kitchen Dealers and Interior Decorators
  • Remodeling Consumers
  • New Homeowners
  • Federal, State or local government entities
  • Hotel/Motels
  • Any Commercial/Industrial user
  • Rental property managers/owners

Do you have a showroom location(s)?

Yes. We have one in Livermore and one in Rocklin. Please check our Contact page for directions. Our showroom in Livermore is open 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday thru Friday or by appointment after hours and on Saturdays. Our showroom in Rocklin is open 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Tuesday thru Friday and 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM Saturdays. After hours appointments may be arranged upon request.

Do you have financing options?

Yes. Contractors, builders, etc., may apply for in-store credit. We also offer a variety of consumer financing options through Brandsource.

Do you give discounts to licensed contractors/builders or for any other reasons?

Yes, projects in excess of five homes we can provide special quotes. We also have showroom display discounts for certain products. So if the contractor wants to place items in their model homes or the interior decorator in their own showroom, we offer a discount on the product for their use. For certain products, we offer their customers a discount if the dealer is displaying the product.

Are your prices competitive?

Unlike the Big box stores, we are a builder distributor. This means that our everyday prices are consistently lower than the "sale price" you get from others. We also don't require that you use a high interest "in-store" Credit Card for your purchase in order to get a discounted price.

Do you deliver?

Yes.

Do you have Will Call?

Yes.

Do you have a minimum purchase price for orders?

No.

Do we have installers?

We do not install, but can recommend some excellent licensed and insured installers with whom we've worked in the past. Please click here for a list of our recommended installers.

Do I need an appointment?

It is preferred but not required.

Do you offer rebates?

We offer rebates from EGIA and any current manufacturer rebate. We also have display showroom discounts and rebates available for certain products.
