In designing our ranges, no convenience was overlooked. We gave the bottom storage door an easy-glide roller mechanism so it slides in and out smoothly, plus a roomy interior that’s large enough to store oven racks when not in use, as well as sheet pans, baking sheets, trays, and more.

THREE HEAVY-DUTY WIRE OVEN RACKS

For easy combo-cooking or baking more than one tray of homemade cookies at a time, our oven features three heavy-duty wire racks. Each one is built to handle everything from feather-light soufflés to hearty holiday roasts that feed a crowd.

GAS SAFETY VALVE

All Blomberg gas ranges feature oven broilers equipped with a gas safety device that automatically cuts off the gas supply if it senses the broiler flame has been accidentally extinguished during cooking.

COOL-TOUCH OVEN DOOR

Blomberg ranges feature cool-touch glass on the oven door to prevent accidental burns and safely protect those small, curious fingers tempted to point out the cookie they want first!

EASY-TO-CLEAN ENAMEL BURNER PLATE

Because your time and effort are valuable, Blomberg coats the entire surface under the cast-iron burners with attractive, long-lasting, non-porous enamel that makes cleaning your range extremely easy—a damp cloth is all you need!

CAST IRON GRATES

For top performance, Blomberg uses high quality cast iron grates atop its sealed burners. Durable and practically indestructible, the supports promote even heating and cooking and withstand high temperatures.

CONVECTION COOKING

Blomberg believes in making life easier. Our energy-saving convection oven uses a fan and exhaust system to circulate hot oven air and cook food faster, more evenly, and with more beautiful results—think perfectly browned roasts and golden baked goods.

The 18,000 BTU setting delivers high heat to speed up preparation with a fast boil or sizzle. Switching to the 675 BTU setting automatically adjusts to gentler heat, ideal for simmering delicate sauces, melting chocolate, or cooking fluffy rice like an expert.

PROGRAMMABLE SELF-CLEAN OVEN

Time is the ultimate luxury, and Blomberg ranges protect yours with high-tech programmable self-cleaning oven technology that lets you set exactly the right cycle. Set it for three hours, four hours, or five hours depending on the level of cleaning required. There’s no need to scrub hard-to-reach surfaces, scrape up stubborn spills, or use harsh chemicals. At the end of the cycle, simply wipe away ash with a cloth.
